Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchase contracts concluded between HiFiHub (the "Seller") and the customer via the online shop hifihub.org. Deviating terms of the customer are not accepted unless the Seller has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Formation of Contract
Product listings in the online shop do not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to submit one. By placing an order the customer submits a binding offer. The Seller acknowledges receipt of the order by email. The purchase contract is formed only upon the Seller's express order confirmation or upon dispatch of the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include applicable VAT (where required) plus shipping costs. Payment is processed via Stripe (credit/debit card). The invoice amount is due immediately upon completion of the order.
4. Delivery
Goods are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding estimates. Typical delivery time: 3β7 business days within Europe. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if an item is unavailable and to refund the purchase price in full.
Shipping costs: Poland β¬6 Β· Europe β¬9 Β· Worldwide β¬15. Free shipping on orders over β¬60.
5. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until payment has been received in full.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. As the shop deals primarily in used electronic parts, items may show signs of normal wear and tear. The condition of each item is described in its product listing. For consumers, the warranty period for used goods is one year from delivery; for business customers the warranty is limited to one year.
7. Liability
The Seller's liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Further liability is excluded.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please refer to our Withdrawal Policy for details.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
10. Governing Law
The law of the Republic of Poland applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, the mandatory consumer protection law of the consumer's country of habitual residence also applies.
